Yup, i agree with you, Liebers. That it's all about the theme of the wedding. It's very pleasant if the event theme and the invitation goes continuity, with the same color pallete, so it will make nice impression to the guests attended to the wedding.
By the way, I've read about the color psychology, but i've never find it applied for the wedding, so this article is very useful for me. Never thought about going black and white on wedding invitation, because usually in my country wedding invitation goes with natural and soft color.
Thanks for the inspiration!

This is a great idea. You divide the categories based on the color. Each color represents one atmosphere of the wedding. People will have their own choice. They can decide whether they want to pick their own color for the invitation. I think this idea will be successful in the market. Keep it going!

I'd probably be using green for my wedding invites. This is a very good guide. I don't think I'd be likely to use black since I'm not really the serious type and neither is my husband to be. It shouldn't really matter what you would like to project to others or to your guests but the choices you take for your wedding should reflect the couple's taste. This will be one of many decisions that they will be making together in the future.

Really, the colour of the invitiation should indicate what kind of wedding and what kind of atmosphere you want to have at your wedding, and what kind of attitudes and expectations you want people to bring to the wedding. Black and white might seem classy but then again, does that mean your theme is wedding? Really, it's all about what you want to project onto your guests about the wedding.

This is such a great idea! My sister is planning a wedding (its in 6 months) and they are just starting to look at the option for this. I am not only going to tell them about this but send them a link for it!
